What’s the best time to arrive?
The doors open at 7pm. We recommend getting there a bit earlier to make sure you can avoid the lines. Music starts at 8pm so make sure you get there early.
What time does it end?
The festival ends at 4am.
Will you be posting set times in advance?
Yes. We will post the set times the week before the event on the website and on our mailing list. Make sure you sign up!
Can I leave and re-enter the event?
Once you leave the site there is no re-entry.
Will it get cold at night? It may be cold at night but we have moved the event to a larger indoor venue. You can count on much warmer places to spend your evening if it should get cold out.
How do I submit art for the event?

Yes, there will be food for sale in side the event.
Will there be ATM machines?
Yes, there will be an atm machine inside the venue.
Will there be lockers on site?
No, there will not be lockers.
Will there be First Aid on site?
Yes. There will be first aid services onsite.

There will be plenty of parking in parking lots surrounding the Shrine Expo Hall. We will have maps posted in the parking section of the website.

It may be cold at night but we have moved the event to a larger indoor venue so there’s no need to worry about being cold this year.

 

What if it rains?

We have moved the event to a larger indoor venue. You can count on dry places to spend your evening rain or shine.

What items are not permitted inside the venue?

Security will NOT allow the following items into the Shrine:

  • Markers
  • Weapons
  • Professional Cameras
  • Large Bags
  • Liquid Filled Containers (water bottles for example)
  • Flyers
  • Open Cigarette Packs

Can I bring my camera?

Small point & shoot cameras are permitted. Large professional cameras are not permitted in the venue.  There are no more photo passes available for professional cameras.
